The Salazar Del Norte Center at ASU will be hosting Kevin Rein, State Engineer, to speak about the State Engineer’s office and groundwater history, policy, and regulation in the Valley. The title of the talk is “The State’s Role in the Rio Grande Basin: Our Shared Water Future.” The talk will be held in McDaniel Hall Room 101 on ASU’s campus.
